Yesterday was election day at the Yacht Club at Portofino and 137 ballots were received so thank you for being so involved in the community. The Yacht Club at Portofino’s real estate market has been very productive last month. #2609 sold for $640,000, #1206 sold for $490,000 #505 for $400,000 #203, #2709, #2802, #301, #1504 are all under contract and will be this month.
