Portofino Yacht Club sales in First quarter of 2019

First of all the good news is that sales at the Portofino Yacht Club are in line with last year. As of April 30th, there have been 10 sales in the building and in 2018 that number was exactly the same. By the way, this is a record because none of the other buildings in the South of Fifth neighborhood have experienced so many sales. Lobby remodeling update – Portofino Yacht Club condo

Yesterday was election day at the Yacht Club at Portofino and 137 ballots were received so thank you for being so involved in the community. The same board was elected which is good because they started all the major projects so we need continuity to make sure everything is well under control. Portofino Yacht Club condo units update

The Yacht Club at Portofino’s real estate market has been very productive last month. #2609 sold for $640,000, #1206 sold for $490,000 #505 for $400,000 #203, #2709, #2802, #301, #1504 are all under contract and will be this month.
