As COVID-19 cases continue to dramatically increase in Florida, and especially in Miami, Mayor Carlos Gimenez has officially announced that restaurants (except for delivery and pick up), ballrooms, banquet facilities, party venues, gyms, fitness centers, and short term rentals will close until further notice. The Yacht Club at Portofino has informed all its residents that the condo gym will reclose on Wednesday, July 8th, 2020 at 6 am.
The Yacht Club at Portofino reminds all its residents and visitors to follow the CDC guidelines, including to use masks at all times when being outdoors, social distance, and recurrently wash your hands.
The Yacht Club at Portofino will enforce the use of masks and social distancing, and if any resident is found not following the condo rules, the management office has announced they’ll be forced to take additional action.
The pool, tennis court, and retail area at the Yacht at Portofino Condo will remain open following the strict social distancing and marks regulations.
In the Mayor’s announcement, he said beaches will reopen today, July 7th, but if they notice crowding and people not following the public health rules, they’ll close them again. The curfew from 10 pm to 6 am will remain in force until further notice.
