New management team and new internet provider

Hey Neighbors!

Just wanted to share a quick and friendly update to keep everyone in the loop about a few things happening around the Yacht Club at Portofino — especially with pool rules, parking reminders, and some exciting changes in management and internet service!

🌟 Meet Our New Management Team
We’ve got new faces in the office! Craig is our new building manager, and Marlon has joined as the assistant manager. Both are super approachable and eager to help, so feel free to stop by and say hi if you haven’t already!

🌐 Google Fiber is Coming!
Big news — we’re switching from Breezeline to Google Fiber for our TV and internet service! To stay connected, make sure to book your appointment with Google Fiber to get your new router installed. Each unit needs to do this individually, so don’t wait too long! Don’t forget we won’t have the regular cable any longer so if you watch TV then you’ll have to pay for your own cable company.

🏊‍♀️ Poolside Etiquette Reminders

  • Pool and Jacuzzi are for residents and their guests (when you’re with them).
  • Proper swimwear, please!
  • No glass or anything breakable by the pool.
  • Kids under 15 need adult supervision, and little ones must wear swim diapers if not potty-trained.

🚗 Parking Garage Basics

  • One self-parking space and one valet space per unit (as available).
  • Vehicles need to be registered with the office and have valid tags.
  • Stick to your assigned spot and keep it under 5 mph in the garage!
  • Reminder: any vehicle parked incorrectly can be towed.

🚨 Parking Compliance Deadline: April 18, 2025
If your vehicle isn’t registered or is violating parking rules, please fix it before this date to avoid towing.
