June – End of School Year / Water Intrusion

Welcome to the June update in the Yacht Club at Portofino! You can find the newest information regarding the building below :

We are excited to announce that the Yacht Club at Portofino Management decided to host an end-of-school-year pool party! The party will be at the pool located on the 6th floor of your Yacht Club at Portofino from 12 to 4 PM. Children need to be accompanied by a parent and the event is exclusive for members of the Yacht Club at Portofino. This event is the perfect occasion for parents to meet other parents and for children to have new friends in the building! It’s time to celebrate all the hard work and accomplishments with a splash!

Concerning the building, the water intrusion due to the fire sprinkler is almost completely solved. The Serve Pro team has removed 95% of the dehumidifier and fan from the building hallways.  Individually units requiring drywall repair will be addressed this week. This restoration process has been disruptive but the Yacht  Club team has been reactive and responsive to reply to everybody. All units will be restored to their original condition. Regarding the real estate market in The Yacht Club at Portofino has skyrocketed, and one beautiful corner unit is still available for sale on the 14th floor. The condo is facing the Bay. You can schedule a showing with the Real Estate company located next to the lobby. They also have plenty of units available for rent such as a beautiful Penthouse facing the ocean!
