April Update – Yacht Club

Welcome to the April updates in the Yacht Club at Portofino! You can find some important information regarding the building below :

Primarily, the first installment of the elevator assessment was due on April 1st.  Don’t miss the day because all payments received after the 10^{th of} April will accrue a late fee and interest charge.

Another project took place in the Yacht Club at Portofino. If you own a scooter or motorcycle the maintenance manager and his team has begun the washing and repainting of the scooter and motorcycle parking area on the second and third floor! Every owner of a motorized vehicle may receive an email instructing you to move your registered scooter or motorcycle to a designated area while your assigned scooter space is repainted. We hope that you will enjoy your future new repainted parking space!

The front desk team has received a lot of requests to hold keys for realtors, guests, contractors, or other reasons. None of them are acceptable to the front desk. Each tenant needs to coordinate on their own, due to liability concerns.
