February Update – Yacht Club

Renovation works have taken place in your Yacht Club in Portofino. Your new awnings are at the front of the building. The entrance is now harmonised with the other side already covered.

Another renovation started a few weeks ago, and the staff is working hard to renovate the elevators. The 2023 special assessment about the elevators has started, and the first payment is due on April 1st! Don’t miss the day because all payments received after the 10^{th of} April will accrue a late fee and interest charge. Prices vary according to the size of the apartments:

• For a 1 bedroom apartment, the price range is between $6,038 and $6,532
• For a 2 bedrooms apartment, the price range is between $7,748 and $9,467
• All the other units have a price range between $9,870 and $17,426
