Christmas tree removal:

When the time will come and you wish to remove your  Christmas tree, please let the building team assist you. The Yacht Club will provide a black bag for you, to be requested at the front desk. Let the front desk know if you need any assistance.

Extension of pool deck lighting:

➥ 12/24/2021 – Christmas Eve – 11 pm: Lights will turn off

➥ 12/25/2021 – Christmas Day – 11pm: Lights will turn off

➥ 12/31/2021 – New Year’s Eve – 1 am:  Lights will turn off

Remember the rules and regulations remain the same during the Holidays, after dusk, swimming is not allowed.

Management Office hours:

Hours of operation remain unchanged during the Holidays. Dial the front desk number if you have any particular requests.
