What is the latest update on the lobby remodeling at the Yacht Club at Portofino Condo?

The Yacht Club at Portofino Condo keeps moving forward with the lobby remodeling process. This time we are bringing the latest update on what’s going on with this renovation.

For those who have visited the Yacht Club at Portofino condo lately, you must have noticed that there is a visual change of the Yacht Club porte-cochere where the valet parking booth was previously located.

The lobby entrance has been covered with plywood which will be painted to the orange color to match the facade of the building entrance. This area has been framed with the purpose of allowing the contractors in charge of the remodeling to keep on working while having employees in their respective areas, as well as containing all debris. This frame will remain until the completion of the renovation.

The valet booth at the Yacht Club has been relocated behind the podium. During the overnight hours and inclement weather, the valet parking staff will move to the interior of the temporary lobby.

The lobby remodeling is expected to be completed by the Spring of 2021. The management office at the Yacht Club at Portofino Condo requests all its residents for their patience and cooperation during this process that will be beneficial for all.
