The Yacht Club at Portofino reopens the condo’s gym!

The Yacht Club at Portofino gladly announces to all its residents that the gym has officially reopened today, June 8th, 2020. After this challenging past months, the Yacht Club at Portofino is heading the right direction to complete the reopening plan to achieve our new normality after COVID-19.

After the City of Miami Beach announced the allowance to reopen fitness centers on June 8th, the Yacht Club at Portofino welcomes back to residents into the gorgeous gym facing the Miami Beach Marina that the building offers.

The Yacht Club is following all the proper social distancing guidance in all force. Hereafter are the rules and regulations to use the fitness center, until further notice:

1. The gym at the Yacht Club at Portofino will be open from 6 am to 8 pm. It will be close for sanitization from 1:pm to 3:00 pm.

2. Only for resident’s use.

3. Social distancing will be the Yacht Club at Portofino resident’s responsibility. There will be the first warning in case social distancing is not being followed on a first offer. The second offense will ban the resident from the gym.

4. A max. of 2 people at a time in the restrooms.

5. Sauna and showers at the Yacht Club at Portofino condo will remain closed.
