Yacht Club at Portofino Condo Phase I of reopening plan

The Yacht Club at Portofino Condo has been continuously proposing new ways to keep its residents safe during this challenging time. Now the management office comes with the first phase of the building reopening plan, effective on May 4th, 2020. The entire staff, residents, or anyone planning on entering the building will have to use the personal protection equipment mandated by the County and City Orders including a mask and gloves.

The first reopening phase will proceed as follows:

1. Contractors:
   1. Only essential repairs will be allowed at the Yacht Club at Portofino Condo
   2. Contractors will have their temperature taken before accessing the Yacht Club at Portofino Condo.
   3. Notice of 72-hours most be sent to the front desk – frontdesk@90alton.com –
   4. They will only be allowed to use the service elevator
   5. Only Monday-Friday from 9-5 pm.
   6. Contractors will be escorted by security to the unit and will be confined during work hours. The door will be disinfected after entrance and exit.
2. Move-ins/ Move outs:
   1. Notice of 72-hours most be sent to the front desk – frontdesk@90alton.com –
   2. Need approval of the Yacht Club at Portofino Management office.
3. Housekeepers:
   1. Notice of 72-hours most be sent to the front desk – frontdesk@90alton.com –
   2. Housekeepers will have their temperature taken before accessing the Yacht Club at Portofino Condo.
   3. The resident will have to come down to the lobby to escort the housekeeper through the service elevator at the Yacht Club Condo.
4. Tennis court:
   1. It will be open from 9:00 am -7:00 pm
   2. Only singles are allowed
   3. An appointment is mandatory via BuidingLink
5. Management office:
   1. The management office will be working from the Yacht Club at Portofino’s office
   2. Will only allow access by appointment
   3. Office staff will have their temperature taken before accessing the Yacht Club at Portofino Condo.
6. Receiving area:
   1. Residents will collect packages and food deliveries at the front desk
7. Front desk:
   1. The front desk at the Yacht Club at Portofino condo will keep the 6 feet cordoned off.
8. Elevators:
   1. Only one person or members of the same family will be allowed at a time.
9. Real Estate Agents:
   1. All real estate agents will have their temperature taken before accessing the Yacht Club at Portofino Condo.

   3. A unit can only be shown to a maximum of 2 prospects at a time.

The Yacht Club at Portofino Condo management keeps trying to adapt to the new circumstances after COVID-19 and encourages its residents to follow the social distancing and stay at home city guidelines.
