Italian Bistro re-opening at the Portofino Yacht Club

Our lobby project is moving forward. On Monday the Italian Bistro will re-open. The entrance will be from the outside driveway of the Yacht Club at Portofino. Check it out because it looks really good. All wood shelving and great gourmet products are fully stocked.  The only drawback is that you won’t be able to get your delicious pizza, your breakfast scrambled eggs or your pastrami sandwich for the moment. The city of Miami Beach has new requirements (such as grease traps) that need to be met before they will be able to start again their regular food preparation.

Also, did you notice that our “under construction”office just got an outside door! Yes, you’ll be soon able to see us in our newly remodeled office. We’ll only have access to part of it but at least will be back in the lobby very soon.

FYI, the service elevator of the Portofino Yacht Club will now have an attendant inside. He will have a radio which connects to the different contractors or movers in the building so that when they need to call the elevator they just call the attendant. This way the service elevator will have better efficiency. It was also decided that the service elevator will not be usable by residents from 9 am to 5 pm.

Regarding real estate updates for the Portofino Yacht Club condo, we just reduced #2703 to $699,000 which is an excellent price for this view and this unit! Hurry it won’t last…
