The holidays at the Portofino Yacht Club….where’s the party?

First of all Happy Thanksgiving. I hope you will all enjoy this beautiful holiday with your family and friends. I’ve already noticed a lot of people at the pool deck so be prepared for a crowded long weekend.

Continuning onto the holidays spirit, we are having a party at the pool deck for all Portofino Yacht Club owners and tenants. It will be on Dec 12^th at 6.30pm. You’ll be able to enjoy great food and 2 free glasses of wine.

Regarding the updates, the lobby remodeling phase 1 should be finished in January. I just went down and all the tiling work has been done. They still need to finish the bathrooms. Also the windows in all the commercial units will be changed to hurricane proof windows in order to save time putting up shutters during hurricane preparedness. Finally to our greatest regret the deli of the Portofino Yacht Club will not be offering for some time any prepared food including their delicious pizzas. It’s a shame but the city of Miami beach requires new permits so new expenses which had not been foreseen.

Last but not least the 2020 budget of the Portofino Yacht Club has been approved and I am happy to announce that the maintenance fees will not increase this incoming year.
