Lobby remodeling at the Portofino Yacht Club condo

This is our first blog on the Yacht Club at Portofino. I don’t want this to be real estate blog since you can find plenty online. I want this blog to be a community blog, a social blog, a blog which talks about us residents and employees of the Yacht Club. I want you to know how it feels to live in this condo, to commute to this condo, to walk around the neighborhood and to share tips about it.

First I would like to introduce myself. I’m Daniela Pellicciotti, owner at the Yacht Club since 2003 and real estate broker in the Condoideas Realty Group office in the lobby.

Speaking of the lobby, since the assessment has been paid by everyone when is the project starting? Yesterday at the Board meeting, which by the way is every month and you are welcome to come to get all updates on the building, they announced that we should be starting in April. They also mentioned that the front desk equipment had to be updated for it to be state of the art so it can last another 10 years at least.

Don’t forget to attend the Holiday events: 2 social events planned for Hannukah on December 3rd and Christmas party on December 13th at the pool.

Did you know that since there are 5 BBQ grills at the pool and you can invite up to 12 people per grill it means you can invite up to 60 friends for a great party at the pool of the Portofino Yacht Club! By the way the pool work should be soon over and the tennis court as well.

Finally be careful if you are past overdue on your maintenance fees your rights to access the amenities can be removed. That’s what happened to ….#1609, #1706, #2609, #2711 and #3205, #401 and #2503. Did you also know that the management can ask your tenant to pay them directly instead of paying you the rent if you are past due on your maintenance?
