The Yacht Club at Portofino reminds all its residents and visitors to follow the CDC guidelines, including to use masks at all times when being outdoors, social distance, and recurrently wash your hands.

The Yacht Club at Portofino will enforce the use of masks and social distancing, and if any resident is found not following the condo rules, the management office has announced they’ll be forced to take additional action.

The pool, tennis court, and retail area at the Yacht at Portofino Condo will remain open following the strict social distancing and marks regulations.

In the Mayor’s announcement, he said beaches will reopen today, July 7th, but if they notice crowding and people not following the public health rules, they’ll close them again. The curfew from 10 pm to 6 am will remain in force until further notice.

The BBQ grills have also been reopened with an attendant that will be onsite during the hours when the pool deck is open.

Please find hereafter the pool guidelines at the Yacht Club at Portofino Condo:

1. Keep social distance or 6 feet apart and follow the signages

2. Follow the One-Way Flow Traffic signs

3. The entry of the pool is through the 6th-floor corridor and the exit is through the Marina Elevatory

4. The pool is open at 7:00 am until 8:00 pm

5. There is a maximum capacity of 8 residents in the pool at a time

6. Only for residents use. No guests are allowed

7. Housekeeping will remain at the pool deck assisting and constantly disinfecting the lounge/chairs

8. Pool restrooms are closed

Please find hereafter the BBQ guidelines at the Yacht Club at Portofino Condo:

1. The BBQ is open at 11:00 am until 8:00 pm

2. Only 3 grills available for resident’s use

3. No eating on deck is permitted (only for cooking purposes)

4. Maximum of 1-hour use per resident

The Yacht Club at Portofino Condo advises its residents to not go to the pool deck in case they have any flu symptoms.

The first reopening phase will proceed as follows:

1. Contractors:
   1. Only essential repairs will be allowed at the Yacht Club at Portofino Condo
   2. Contractors will have their temperature taken before accessing the Yacht Club at Portofino Condo.
   3. Notice of 72-hours most be sent to the front desk – frontdesk@90alton.com –
   4. They will only be allowed to use the service elevator
   5. Only Monday-Friday from 9-5 pm.
   6. Contractors will be escorted by security to the unit and will be confined during work hours. The door will be disinfected after entrance and exit.
2. Move-ins/ Move outs:
   1. Notice of 72-hours most be sent to the front desk – frontdesk@90alton.com –
   2. Need approval of the Yacht Club at Portofino Management office.
3. Housekeepers:
   1. Notice of 72-hours most be sent to the front desk – frontdesk@90alton.com –
   2. Housekeepers will have their temperature taken before accessing the Yacht Club at Portofino Condo.
   3. The resident will have to come down to the lobby to escort the housekeeper through the service elevator at the Yacht Club Condo.
4. Tennis court:
   1. It will be open from 9:00 am -7:00 pm
   2. Only singles are allowed
   3. An appointment is mandatory via BuidingLink
5. Management office:
   1. The management office will be working from the Yacht Club at Portofino’s office
   2. Will only allow access by appointment
   3. Office staff will have their temperature taken before accessing the Yacht Club at Portofino Condo.
6. Receiving area:
   1. Residents will collect packages and food deliveries at the front desk
7. Front desk:
   1. The front desk at the Yacht Club at Portofino condo will keep the 6 feet cordoned off.
8. Elevators:
   1. Only one person or members of the same family will be allowed at a time.
9. Real Estate Agents:
   1. All real estate agents will have their temperature taken before accessing the Yacht Club at Portofino Condo.
   2. Notice of 72-hours most be sent to the front desk – frontdesk@90alton.com –
   3. A unit can only be shown to a maximum of 2 prospects at a time.

The Yacht Club at Portofino Condo management keeps trying to adapt to the new circumstances after COVID-19 and encourages its residents to follow the social distancing and stay at home city guidelines.
