For your information, the north side entrance will be closed for maintenance until Friday, October 25th, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Colores Electrostatic Painting will be sandblasting and painting the gate to improve its durability and appearance. During this time, you need to use the south side entrance, YCP employees are available to help if needed.

• Residents with RFID access can enter by heading south to the valet ramp, where the gate will open automatically.
• To exit, it is recommended to use the valet ramp on the south side, where a staff member will be there to verify your unit number and vehicle before opening the gate.

Valet service is available for residents, guests, and visitors. The entry procedures remain the same, if you’d prefer a quicker pickup, you can use the VIP Parker app to call your car, as wait times for valet service may be slightly longer. Vehicles will be brought down to the south end gate and can be retrieved at the Deli.
