I just listed the only South West corner available in the Portofino Yacht Club #2802 for $999,000. Needs TLC but is well priced for a corner facing the bay.  Also, we dropped #2612 to $970,000. The market is very slow.

I also had the pleasure to visit #3011 today which my client bought last year. She is doing a full gut out with the help of our favorite contractor in the building John Tarnecci. It’s a corner unit facing the North West but she decided to remove the partition wall from the living room to the master bedroom so you can see the ocean and the bay from the main room.
